A plant-based diet is becoming more and more popular these days, with many people wanting to make healthier food choices that benefit their bodies and the planet. I know this first hand because it changed my life in ways I never expected. In this blog post, I want to share my story and how a plant-based diet has made a positive impact on my life.
My Journey
For years, I had been struggling with my weight and health. Despite trying different diets and exercise regimes, nothing seemed to be working long-term. That was until I decided to change my eating habits completely by transitioning to a plant-based diet. It wasn’t an easy transition at first as I had to learn about which foods were healthy for me, develop new recipes, and work out which restaurants provided vegan options.
